Northlands Natural Touch

My journey into natural health began at age 15, when I developed glandular fever that led to chronic fatigue. After years of poor health and countless hospital visits, someone suggested I try foot reflexology. That one session changed everything — it not only restored my health but also transformed my outlook on life. Inspired by this experience, I trained as a reflexologist myself, marking the start of a lifelong commitment to natural healing.
